Join us for an hour and a half workshop to learn more about the fascinating journey of Ding Le Mei and experience the powerful ancient secrets of breath, meditation, affirmations and sound healing to activate your highest self and charge every cell of your being.
BREATH, without which there is no life, is used to bring the body into balance, revitalizing every cell, and increasing well-being with life-force energy. Breathwork techniques (pranayama) from Tibet are taught as a major key in physical development, emotional stabilization, and expansion of mental power. An abundant supply of oxygen to the brain brings clarity of thinking as well as refining and sharpening the memory.
In other words…Prana, the food of the soul, is a major component in the air we breathe and can be utilized and stored within the body for healing. Through the breath, one is able to heal the mind, body, and emotions and activate the creative powers within.
These powerful teachings were brought to the West in the 1920’s by the founder of The Institute of Mentalphysics Edwin J. Dingle (Ding Le Mei), from the monasteries of Tibet. In his quest for spiritual knowledge, Edwin Dingle became one of the first Westerners to enter Tibet and study in a Tibetan Monastery, where he was recognized as a highly evolved soul. He created The Science of Mentalphysics based on the secret wisdom he learned while he was in Asia.
